We provide engineering design, installation and commissioning of gas detection monitoring system. Our gas and flame detector are tested in accordance with Underwriters Laboratories Inc.(UL), 94/9/EC Directive: Appareils destinés à être utilisés en ATmosphères EXplosibles (ATEX), IEC System for Certification to Standards Relating to Equipment for Use in Explosive Atmospheres (IECEx), China Compulsory Certificate (CCCF), Marine Equipment Directive (MED), Korean Marine Standards (KR), Bureau Veritas (BV), American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Det Norske Veritas (Norway) and Germanischer Lloyd (Germany) DNV, Safety Integrity Level (SIL2) and Korea Certification (KC).
1) GAS DETECTOR
The gas detector has continuous detection of flammable and toxic gases in explosion hazardous area with flame proof structure. This equipment can detect various type of gases such as Volatile Organic Compound (VOC), flammable, toxic gases & oxygen. The detectors come in fixed and portable type with infrared detection system and multi gas detection options. It is highly responsive towards gas leakage, stable quality and proved detection principle for service life.
2) FLAME DETECTOR
The flame detector is a fast response device with high sensitive UV and IR sensor. It has 4 selectable sensitivity which can be adjusted by a switch, alarm and setting. It functions as a contact output of Fire Alarm and Fault Alarm through Relay.
GAS MONITORING SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
[# Configuration 1: Gas Detector – Receiver] - This configuration is the most widely used type in industrial plants and each gas detector is connected with a control unit. The control unit receives signal from a gas detector and shows operating condition and gas leakage. The user can easily check hem with 4-digit FND, Bar-graph and LED to take immediate action when alarm is triggered.
[# Configuration 2: Gas Detector - Receiver - PC Monitoring System] - This configuration is PC monitoring system which possible to be checked operating condition of gas detectors and gas leakage on PC screen. The user can take immediate action when alarmed is triggered.
[# Configuration 3: Gas Detector - PLC & Signal Converter - PC Monitoring System] - This configuration is PC monitoring system and each gas detecor is connected to PLC. PLC converts analog signal to digital signal and sends them for PC to show operating condition of gas detectors and gas leakage at a look. The user can take immediate action when alarm is triggered.
[# Configuration 4: Gas Detector Serial Data Communication - PC Monitoring System] - This is touch screen and PC monitoring type system. It communicates with each gas detector by serial data communication.
[# Configuration 5: Gas Detector (POE) - DB & I/O Server-Monitoring System] - This is PoE (Power over Ethernet) monitoring system. Each gas detector is connected to PoE Hub through Ethernet UTP cables. It is possible to send power and signal at the same time to UTP without individual power supply. This monitoring system requires simple installation design and cost saving.
