Mud Pumps

A mud pump is a reciprocating piston/plunger device designed to circulate drilling fluid under high pressure (up to 7,500 psi (52,000 kPa) ) down the drill string and back up the annulus. A mud pump is a large reciprocating pump used to circulate the mud (drilling fluid) on a drilling rig. It is an important part of the oil well drilling equipment.

AWALTEK provides a full series of mud pumps. In the designing process, the mud pump products absorb the advantages of similar products in the international market. With a modern design methods and concepts, the structures and parameters of traditional pumps are optimised and a more reasonable and advanced mud pumps are developed and produced.

The drilling pumps mainly include the F series, such as models of F500, F800, F1000, F1300, F1600, the P series, such as models of 8-P-80, 9-P-100, 10-P-130 and 12-P-160, the 3NB series, such as 3NB1300 and 3NB1600, as well as the PZ series.

Well servicing pumps mainly include W440, W446 (500HP), PAH350 and TEE300. Pump packages with multiple transmission forms such as belts, chains, couplers and reducers, which may adopt truck-mounted or skid structures can be designed, integrated and supplied.
